📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize online sales channels, including our website and social media platforms.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and boost sales.
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to refine our digital marketing and sales approaches.
• Manage and mentor a team of digital marketers and sales representatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital marketing and sales efforts.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing and sales initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve our strategies.
• Drive innovation and creativity in our digital marketing and sales campaigns to stay ahead of the competition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing and sales, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Hootsuite.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and CRM systems.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
