In this role, you will manage a team of financial analysts and accountants, overseeing the financial health of our properties. You will be responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Your expertise will be crucial in implementing cost-saving measures and optimizing revenue streams. You will also work closely with the management team to provide financial insights and recommendations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise a team of financial analysts and accountants, ensuring they meet their targets and deliver high-quality work.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Oversee the budgeting process, ensuring that financial targets are met and that resources are allocated efficiently.
• Implement cost-saving measures and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and tax laws.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the management team to support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct financial audits and reviews to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Collaborate with the internal audit team to address any financial discrepancies or issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial control roles, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
• Proficiency in financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of financial professionals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
