📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Secure high-profile speakers for our conferences through outreach and negotiation
• Coordinate with event managers to ensure speaker availability and logistics
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential speakers and industry contacts
• Assist in the planning and execution of conference events, including speaker briefings and session scheduling
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote speaker sessions and build attendee interest
• Manage speaker contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual requirements
• Provide support to the event team during the conference, including on-site coordination and problem-solving
• Analyze post-event feedback and metrics to improve future speaker acquisition and event planning strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management, speaker acquisition, or a related role
• Proven track record of securing high-profile speakers for events
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
