📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with the HR team to design and deliver training sessions and workshops.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent development or employer branding.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Experience with talent management software like SuccessFactors Learning or Cornerstone.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
