📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
• Conducting initial interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Providing regular updates to clients on the status of their recruitment campaigns.
• Assisting with the preparation of job descriptions and advertising campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
