📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assess and evaluate loan applications to determine eligibility and risk.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions.
• Conduct site visits to verify the collateral and assess the financial health of borrowers.
• Collaborate with the credit analysis team to ensure accurate and timely decision-making on loan applications.
• Monitor the performance of existing loans and provide regular updates to clients.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in Islamic finance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements to provide compliant and competitive financial services.
• Support the branch manager in achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the branch.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit analysis, loan processing, or a similar role in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of Islamic banking principles and Sharia-compliant financial products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of local market conditions and regulations in Simalungun, Sumatera Utara.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English.
