📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on briquette machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Monitor machine performance using industry-standard software and tools.
Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Troubleshoot and diagnose machine issues, and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with the production team to address any machine-related production issues.
Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and machine performance.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in briquette machine maintenance.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine efficiency and reliability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
Strong knowledge of briquette machines and their components.
Familiarity with industry-standard maintenance software and tools, such as SAP and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
Valid certification in mechanical maintenance or a related field is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
