As an Accounting & Claims Staff, you will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks, including but not limited to, processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will also handle claims processing, from initial receipt to final approval, working closely with our claims team to resolve any discrepancies and ensure smooth operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and reconcile daily accounting transactions using SAP and Excel.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Handle claims processing from initial receipt to final approval, working with our claims team to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Support the finance team in any additional projects or tasks as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field, preferably in a claims processing environment.
- Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
