📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage online travel agency (OTA) bookings and maximize revenue for our network of budget hotels using platforms like Booking.com, Agoda, and Airbnb.
• Leverage social media and digital marketing channels to drive bookings and increase occupancy rates.
• Work closely with hotel partners to understand their unique needs and preferences, and create tailored offers and promotions.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide regular reports to management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital sales and marketing.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both our hotel partners and guests.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement new sales strategies.
• Attend and participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and learn from peers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital sales, online travel agency (OTA) management, or related fields.
• Proven track record of success in driving bookings and maximizing revenue for hotels or similar properties.
• Strong understanding of online travel platforms, social media, and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners and guests.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for travel and hospitality.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
