As a Japanese F&B Purchasing Specialist, you will be at the heart of our operations, working closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to secure the best products at competitive prices. Your daily tasks will include negotiating contracts, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of products. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure high-quality Japanese food and beverage products from trusted suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to ensure competitive pricing and reliable delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Ensure timely delivery of products to meet operational requirements.
• Conduct regular quality checks to maintain product standards.
• Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in F&B procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in F&B procurement, preferably in a Japanese context.
• Proficient in English and Japanese, both written and spoken.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
