📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to improve staff performance and productivity,Identify training needs and develop training materials and methods,Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Provide feedback and coaching to staff to support their professional development,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Collaborate with the management team to align training programs with business goals,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using training management software,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture,Ability to travel within Indonesia as needed
