🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support or service role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems.,Familiarity with semi-conductor technology is a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
