📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives,Deliver training sessions to employees, both in-person and virtually,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with various departments to understand their training needs and develop customized training solutions,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development,Provide feedback and guidance to junior training officers,Assist in the development and implementation of the company's training and development strategy

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development,Proven track record of success in designing and delivering effective training programs,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English
