📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing store inventory and ensuring accurate stock levels.
  • Overseeing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Preparing and maintaining store reports.
  • Assisting in the organization of store events and promotions.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Training and supervising junior store administrators.
  • Managing store budgets and expenses.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in store administration or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Indonesian.
