Design and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.Work closely with our development team to ensure that our software is of the highest quality and meets industry best practices.Lead the architecture and design of new software projects, ensuring that they are scalable, maintainable, and secure.Mentor and coach junior software architects and developers, helping them to grow and develop their skills.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the software industry, and apply this knowledge to our projects.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our software solutions are aligned with business goals and objectives.Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure that our software is of the highest quality.Participate in technical interviews and hiring decisions for new team members.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.5+ years of experience as a software architect or a similar role.Strong understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices.Experience with cloud-based technologies and platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a commitment to continuous improvement.Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.Experience with databases and data modeling, such as SQL, NoSQL, or MongoDB.🛠️ Keahlian
