📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and maintain production machines to ensure efficient and high-quality output,Monitor machine performance and identify areas for improvement,Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production machines,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures,Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production targets,Conduct regular inspections of production machines and equipment,Train and mentor junior machine operators,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment,Proven track record of operating and maintaining production machines,Familiarity with CNC machines and other advanced manufacturing technologies,Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues,Excellent communication and teamwork skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles,Familiarity with quality control processes and standards
