📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our organization.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to identify talent gaps and opportunities.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the recruitment process and achieve targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.,Stay up-to-date with best practices in recruitment and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian is required.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
