📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and prepare job descriptions,Source and screen candidates through various channels,Schedule and conduct interviews,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather requirements,Maintain a strong candidate database,Provide recruitment reports and metrics,Assist in onboarding new hires,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluent in Indonesian and English
