In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and leading a team of lab technicians. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory science and a proven track record of managing lab operations effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Lead and mentor a team of lab technicians, providing guidance and training.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.,Perform complex laboratory tests and analyses, ensuring accuracy and precision.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring it is in proper working condition.,Manage inventory and procurement of laboratory supplies and equipment.,Conduct quality control checks and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of laboratory services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in laboratory operations and management.,Proven track record of managing laboratory teams and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.,Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment, techniques, and safety protocols.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using laboratory software and equipment.,Valid certification in laboratory safety and quality management (e.g., ISO 17025).
