🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, human resources, or a related discipline.,A minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.,Proven ability to manage a team and motivate employees to achieve their best performance.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
