📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the business in the assigned area.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer retention.,Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular site visits to assess performance and address any issues.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and customer service management.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Familiarity with sales and marketing software and tools.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment and travel as required.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits.
