📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee all kitchen operations and ensure food quality and safety.
  • Lead and manage the kitchen team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement new menu items and improve existing ones.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory and purchasing of food supplies.
  • Work closely with management to develop and implement culinary strategies.
  • Ensure that the kitchen is clean and well-maintained.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef in a similar role.

  • Experience in developing and implementing new menu items.
