Gold Moon Sentosa is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and maintain our fleet of vehicles. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and transportation services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and repairs.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption to ensure optimal efficiency.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are following company policies and procedures.,Manage vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and service records.,Oversee the loading and unloading of vehicles to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods.,Monitor vehicle locations and routes using GPS tracking systems.,Handle any vehicle-related emergencies or breakdowns promptly and efficiently.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual fleet reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Familiarity with fleet management software and GPS tracking systems.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
