Depot Kirana Health Center is looking for a talented Deputy Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation, including user manuals, product guides, and other related materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing and a passion for helping others understand complex information in a clear and concise manner.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation.,Develop and implement documentation best practices and standards.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide training and support to internal teams on technical writing processes and tools.,Assist in the development of marketing and sales materials related to our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Confluence.,Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
