📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of store staff, providing leadership and guidance to achieve sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock control measures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with the corporate office to implement company-wide initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of inventory management and stock control processes.
