This is a dynamic role based in the vibrant and culturally rich island of Bali, where you'll lead the marketing strategy for our popular BRIF Reguler and KKB programs.

As CMO, you'll oversee the entire marketing function, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth for our flagship programs. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience, leveraging digital and traditional channels to maximize impact.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth for BRIF Reguler and KKB programs.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
• Manage traditional marketing channels such as print, outdoor, and events.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and other marketing analytics platforms.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail and consumer marketing.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a CMO or equivalent role in the retail or consumer products industry, with a track record of driving marketing success.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian market and consumer behavior.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint) are a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
