📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure all candidate information is organized and easily accessible.,Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.,Provide feedback to candidates regarding their application status and next steps in the process.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and coordinating with departments for necessary preparations.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with all local labor laws and company policies.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using ATS and other HR software.,Familiarity with local labor laws and employment regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
