📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify new opportunities.,Train and mentor sales teams to ensure they meet performance targets.,Manage the sales budget and ensure efficient use of resources.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Attend trade shows and industry events to network and promote the company.,Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market conditions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of the local market and consumer behavior.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
