PT Property Pratama Mandiri is seeking a dedicated Accounting Supervisor to join our team in Gianyar, Bali. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial records. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a passion for maintaining high standards of financial management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.,Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.,Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff.,Prepare and analyze financial reports for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) is a plus.
