📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various roles within the organization.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions in collaboration with the hiring manager.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.,Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and requirements.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and related job markets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
