📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the commercial aspects of construction projects, including cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Prepare and review cost plans, schedules, and tender documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.,Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor project progress and identify any cost variations or risks.,Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to secure the best possible prices and terms for project materials and services.,Prepare and submit invoices and payment requests to clients, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.,Provide regular progress reports to project managers and stakeholders, highlighting cost performance and financial status.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations on construction sites.,Develop and implement cost-saving measures and strategies to optimize project performance and profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a strong focus on commercial construction projects.,Proven track record of managing and delivering projects within budget and on schedule.,Strong knowledge of cost planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Proficiency in using quantity surveying software and tools, such as Primavera, MS Project, or similar.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and clients.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and challenges.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
