📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and food service.,Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and maintained according to health and safety standards.,Manage a team of kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and dishwashers.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menus.,Maintain accurate records of food inventory and usage.,Ensure all food is prepared and served according to health and safety regulations.,Participate in training and development programs for kitchen staff.,Handle any food safety or quality issues that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Cook or Kitchen Captain in a hospitality or tourism setting.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Valid food handler's certificate and other relevant certifications.
