📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and business development.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel is a plus.
