📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals,Ensure food quality and safety standards are met,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen,Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed,Train and supervise junior kitchen staff,Prepare and present daily specials and menu items,Handle customer complaints and concerns,Participate in kitchen meetings and decision-making processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role,Proven track record of working in a professional kitchen environment,Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Excellent communication and teamwork skills,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and international cuisines,Possession of a valid food handler's certificate,Ability to lift and move heavy objects
