📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage day-to-day camp operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning,Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to improve camp performance,Manage and supervise a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations,Monitor and manage camp finances, including budgeting and reporting,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain campers,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the hospitality or camping industry,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Familiarity with relevant software and tools for operations management,Passion for camping and outdoor activities
