Food Diamond Sentosa is seeking a highly motivated Junior Receptionist to join our team. As a Junior Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a warm and welcoming experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.,Answer inquiries and provide information about the hotel and its services.,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Assist with check-in and check-out procedures.,Update guest records and maintain accurate documentation.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using computer software for guest records and reservations.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
