📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting outbound and inbound telemarketing calls to promote our products and services.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing customers.,Achieving sales targets and quotas.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer inquiries.,Updating and maintaining customer databases.,Assisting in the organization and execution of sales campaigns and promotions.,Collaborating with the sales team to achieve company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemarketing or a related sales role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
