📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage administrative tasks including data entry and document processing
- Coordinate with the courier team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Monitor and manage logistics software such as SAP or similar systems
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate records of all deliveries and customer feedback
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or logistics role
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with logistics software such as SAP or similar systems is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Indonesian logistics industry and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field is preferred
